Atlanta Cancer Care has signed a lease at The Tower at Northside and will relocate its main clinic to this new building on the Northside Hospital campus. HealthOne Realty Advisors represented ACC in the negotiation for this new medical office space.

DEC-2005

Tucker Eye closes on the purchase of office space to relocate its ophthalmology practice at Medlock Bridge near John’s Creek. HealthOne Realty Advisors represented the practice in the purchase of this office.  

MAY-2005

HealthOne Realty Advisors represented Atlanta Cancer Care in the relocation of its business office to Centre Point Office Park. ACC will consolidate its business office functions at its new facility located near St. Joseph and Northside Hospitals.

Georgia Urology has purchased a building located at 2685 Milscott Dr. in Decatur which will house its clinic and a surgery center near Dekalb Medical Center. HealthOne Realty Advisors represented GU in the purchase of this facility.

OCT-2004

HealthOne Realty Advisors represented Premier Medical Group of Coweta in the purchase of their building in Newnan.

Georgia Retina PC signs new lease lease at 575 Professional Parkway in Lawrenceville. This lease represents their sixth office in the metropolitan area and it extends their coverage across the metro area. HealthOne was pleased to have represented them in the negotiation of this lease.

JAN-2003

Woodlawn Developmental Pediatric Center closes on a building to house the practice. HealthOne Realty Advisors worked with this practice to evaluate lease versus purchase and negotiated the purchase on their behalf.

Drs. Karen Chaplin and Danita Stewart have formed A Kid’s World Pediatrics and have lease office space at 288 Highway 314 in Fayetteville for their practice. HealthOne Realty Advisors worked with them to identify acceptable areas for their practice and represented them in the negotiation of this lease.
